On a beautiful, sunny afternoon at Indian Ridge Country Club, the WHS boys' golf team picked up a pair of wins to finish out the GSSC conference round-robin portion of the season, beating North Newton and an incomplete Calumet team. The Bearcats shot a season-low 176, paced by Junior Justin Ireland's (pictured) 5-over-par 41. The triangular win pushes their overall record to 9-4, which includes a 6-1 record in the GSSC. Next up for the team is a return trip to Indian Ridge on Friday to host Hammond Morton.
